Water Fall Metropolitan District
Waterfall Metropolitan District is a governmental entity and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, designed to serve as a perpetual quasi-municipal corporation, operating with an elected five person Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the District is to finance public infrastructure required by the development and to provide on-going governmental structure for the operation and maintenance of retained District improvements and facilities. The District receives funding from a property tax mill levy assessed on properties located within the District boundaries.
